Water and Excersise

The thing I have learned this week with not having a weight loss but a gain is to keep moving! If you even do small things like park further from the store or walk a little bit extra it helps. Also keeping the water you need a day close helps with appetite. I like to measure out how much water I need and keep it in a pitcher then I know how much I need for the day.
