Weigh in
This week was a great week for me and losing weight. I lost 2.5 and that makes me smile. Sometimes I just dont want to do any excersise but this week I walked a ton! It also helps to have someone to inspire you to go which I had my mom so that was great. Have a good week!
I am a mother of three children and my Husband and I have been married for 13 years. I was born and raised in Oregon but I currently reside in Utah where the sun shines! One of my current goals is to loose 40 lbs in order to stave off diabetes, heart disease and anything else that can happen as a result of being overweight. My credentials include being a Certified Nursing Assistant as well as training through the federally funded Food Program for Day Care Providers. I am definatly not a dietician, but consider my knowledge to be expanding in this area. My family blog can be reached by clicking here.
